Henry and his family have lost their cattle ranch thanks to the famine. Kelpies are starting to raid the world of every last human being by eating them alive. Henry must travel out with his sister to find the cornerstone, the most prized and safely guarded treasure of the kelpies. With twists and turns and an unexpected friend.

The world has descended into chaos. Alone I escape into the countryside where a door leads to stairs leading downwards towards possible sanctuary. Will the darkness below provide the protection I need? The first step is always the hardest.

Ella, a 14 years old girl, who was found crying in front of the orphanage when she was a baby, took the chance to run away from the hell she was living in when a magical creature appeared out of nowhere. Her only option was to listen and comply when the said creature refused to let her go.

The only known thing to save one from them were hearts of the ones marked with black. They could also choose to kill them, but a normal human with no magic could not easily achieve such feat.
