My life has never been easy. Bounced around home to home can never be fun I don't care how strong you are. The only thing that kept me going was those six eyes staring up at me. Beyond those three nothing mattered and nothing was going to break us apart. Not if i had anything to say about it. Cossette would be a normal teenager accept with three siblings at home to worry about she becomes Mom and Dad. With parents who are oblivious and court battles over the kids and her, she's just trying to get through the day and school. But when her friends want her to think about herself for once, she has problems doing so. And she may be oblivious herself to what is really going on in her world.

Could you even imagine hiding someone that is so close to you from your best mates? Yeah, well that's how my life is. Jesy is so sweet and kind. I know that they'd love her. But for many reasons, they can't meet her. Ever. It's so hard to not talk about her and interact with her when they're around. But for her safety, I'd do anything.
