Oikawa Tooru has been in a relationship with Iwaizumi Hajime for a year now, the start was beautiful, like a ripe golden apple but somewhere along the way the apple started rotting and eating away at Oikawa from the inside. Gentle whispers turned into harsh insults, the caressing of tender skin became the scarring of a fragile heart and the man Oikawa had loved and treasured his entire life became the person who caused him the most pain. But he couldn't leave because even with the pain he still found space to fall in love with Iwaizumi over and over again. He was shackled, that is, until he meets Kuroo Tetsurou a man with unruly dark black hair and vibrant golden eyes. The man's bright and playful nature was foreign and unfamiliar to Oikawa but somehow healing, as if his shattered heart was being pieced together. Will Oikawa one day be able escape Iwaizumi's cold embrace? Or will he drown in a painful love and meet his cruel fate.
