But hope turns to horror as the distant horizon burns crimson, signaling not rescue, but catastrophe. A chilling realization dawns - they are trapped, abandoned. Faced with an impossible choice, their leaders resolve to undertake the most perilous path imaginable: a desperate march across the grinding, deadly ice of the Helcaraxë. This episode delves into the agonizing wait, the dawning dread under a fiery sky, the grim council that sealed their fate, and the crushing discovery of betrayal upon finally reaching the far shore. It's a story of endurance against impossible odds, the weight of leadership, simmering rage, and the profound personal grief born from broken kinship under the cold, new sun of a hostile land. Experience the harsh beauty, the despair, and the grim resolve through narrative and accompanying art.
