She always felt different, not because of pride or attitude, but because she could see the distance.
The length between her and others, especially moreso when she was separated from her parents.
And when the girl was brought by destiny---or at least, in the form of a fox---to another world:
One of different history, landscape, culture and their own form of authority; power, strength, dominance between clans.
There, she lived another life, the life of spirits, demons, unfairness, and possibly love.
Would she want to go home or stay in the world where she is an outsider in a literal sense?
