The harmony lasted for years until the king of Babylon, consumed with ambition and hatred, started a war against Sumer, stealing their riches, destroying the temples of Sumerian wisdom and mercilessly massacring all the Sumerian people, the kingdom of Sumer disappeared from existence and Babylon had become the most powerful legitimate kingdom on earth. More however the king blinded by his thirst for power found an old Sumerian investigation about a third ancient kingdom that had been born at the same time as Sumer, but whose location was unknown to anyone who did not belong to it, in addition to the many theories of the magic surrounding the mysterious third realm. This is the beginning of Arthegón history, but the present is full of dangerous and is on a war between darkness and light

On May 2nd, 1998 Voldemort is defeated. On May 2nd, 1998 one Regulus Arcturus Black arrives at Grimmauld Place. Disclaimer - I don't own Harry Potter. This is yet another alternative method for Regulus living which came about from reading a lot of other Regulus lives of which there were quite a few involving him time traveling to live, but this got stuck in my head, not to mention the fact I could actually have discussion of autism during the late 90s was something I couldn't pass up. Arcturus and Lucrettia are also alive in this. Eventual Draco/Hermione, Regulus/Luna planned.
