Oldwriting Stories

This is a poem I wrote in my freshman year of high school for a class assignment, there are two others in this series. This is the poem I ended up sharing in front of my entire class, I was quite proud at the time. Thank you and please enjoy The Ocean Calls.

When love and hate are so undeniably close to one another, lines are bound to be crossed. Both are such powerful emotions that may make one rash, nothing is out of question when a mother longs to give her children the best life she can. We face our demons when we are confronted by our own decisions. This is a short story I wrote for my English class taking inspiration from Mary Shelly's 'Frankenstein' - in all honesty I think reading this classical story helped define my writing style :D

I'm probably going to use this account to store my old work since I only use Wattpad to read now. Very cringe lol

For this story, I was inspired by Danmei and the concept of transmigration. Katrina Heart is an 18 year old girl eager to leave home when she graduates high school... why? Well Kat's life isn't so easy and it never really has been. Since her dads in jail for something that happened in the past and her mom is a major alcoholic it make's her life a living hell. Eleanor Calder... We all know her as the happy, nice, beautiful girlfriend of Louis Tomlinson. At least how it seems on the outside. With all the hate from the fans it's become so much stress and pressure to be perfect. She just wants to be normal. Never did these girls think that one wish, on the same shooting star would change everything.

This is a oneshot me and fellow Wattpadian, @FandomsRuinedMyLife0 created a while ago in a comment section of book we both read. After several request to continue it, or create a book off it, I decided to finish writing it, because every story should have a conclusion somewhere. Special thanks to @Rbaisn2 for bring this back to my attention, and once again @FandomsRuinedMyLife0 for allowing my to do this.
