This begins from season 3 Flashbacks. When Tommy goes to Hong Kong, he doesn't go alone he takes his friend Felicity as the best information system person he knows to help him locate Oliver Queen. Tommy may leave empty handed but Felicity gets to be in for a ride of a lifetime. The journey of Olicity with adventure where there are together and pulled apart. Where romance and survival take a hold and make each moment like a perfect dream or continual distress. It plays out until Oliver Queen's return to Starling City. Where some secrets can't stay hidden. Arrow is Warner brother property. I own none of it. ☹ This is my take as a fan.

It's 10 years after the start of season 3 of the CW's ARROW and all is well. Oliver has given up the hood for good and has a beautiful wife and daughter. Oliver's life is exactly as he wants it. And then Oliver finds out Slade Wilson is back in Starling City with one agenda, to fulfill the promise he made Oliver on Lian Yu 16 years ago. (Gee, Someone holds a grudge :P) Now Oliver has to hood up and battle Slade once more. But not being The Arrow for 5 years, Oliver is out of practice and with Slade having a partner in the League Of Assassins, can Oliver beat Slade again? Or will Slade finally have his revenge? Ever since Oliver Queen's departure from Starling City, Team Arrow has been questioning their identity and what purpose they have for protecting the city.
