What if Olivia Caliban had decided that she could wait just one more minute to go after the sugar bowl? After all, Olaf and Esme weren't going anywhere yet. If she had stayed behind to save Jacques and jail the Count, his girlfriend, and his henchpeople, her mission would have been accomplished just as well- no better- as it would have been if she had left. Maybe fate doesn't always have to split us up. Note: many of the details of this fanfiction are drawn from the Netflix series. I am sorry if you would prefer them to be from the books, but the series is freshest in my mind (plus Olivia and Jacques are cute). I wrote this story in February and couldn't decide if I should post it or not so please don't leave hate. There is a lot of snickiban as well as a little kladora and quiglet. this story is basically what i wanted to happen in the Vile Village.
