Omari is an "au" (alternate universe for those who don't know) about Mari pushing Sunny down the stairs (whether intentional or not). Of course, this changes almost everything. But how different is it? I can't write for the life of me so don't expect much!

Hi, this my first attempt at creating a story, so sorry if some of the pages seem short. Also, there won't be any headspace as I want to focus on the real world aspects. Also also, this story will mostly be in Mari's POV, but there will be other character POV's too, or no character POV's Cover art by me Characters belong to OMOCAT

This APIs an Fan fiction, of the video game: OMORI! This will be mostly based off the game though the characters tend to change sides. Believe it or not: Mari is switch with her little brother, Sunny! Basil is switched with Hero, Hero is switched with Basil, and Aubrey & Kel is switched. I hope you have time reading.

!Cactiflower! OMARI AU After Sunny died, Basil was an upset wreck. Kel wished to help him and yet looking down upon that smaller figure of the black haired male whom once was blonde, looked depressingly dead inside. Kel was the calm one, being Sunnys friend, he became more like Hero, however Hero took the brighter side and became more outgoing and athletic, Kel wanted to stay strong and mature. Aubrey had turned to a softer escapism however Basil had been filled with pure rage. He refused to believe anything that had to do with Sunnys death. Mari however turned away from everyone completely, however she deeply still loved Hero.

This is an au where instead of Mari being pushed down stairs, Sunny is the one dying. I've done a hikikomari au before however it didn't turn out how I wanted it to. So this is an improved version?

(Based on the original "Omori" video game) You are a normal 15-year old named Hikki, and you live in the White Room. You set out on adventures with your friends, and hang out on lovely picnics with your little brother Sunny! Such a happy life, right? But no, wrong script. You are a depressed 19-year old named Mari, who is still griefing the loss of her little brother Sunny. Things aren't the same anymore. Your friends no longer interact, one couldn't even bear losing his friend. So you decide to reunite, and the relationships will be intertwined back. However, the sorrows that you couldn't wipe away are still trapped. And the only thing that you must do to get rid of them is to tell your friends the horrid truth.

Have been around for awhile but never seen an actual mod of it so technically just gonna make it a series and how i would picture Omari in my mind. Since it's an AU ( Alternative Universe ) of course, do expect changes. for now i'll show you what to expect in chapters and all. Basil will be for now be normal with Sunny, he will still be the one who is taking all the pictures. Consider Hero an important part or another version of OMORI Basil. Sunny will keep his personality from OMORI, but he will still manage to be supportive. I will try to keep this OMARI AU different from others. of course this is just how i would think OMARI would act out so i'm not gonna judge others.
