Guidewind, a well known vigilante of the Crush District, must discover the corruption at its core which is far deeper into darkness than any mortal man can fanthom. His survival depends on him, his alter ego bestfriend, and the company of fellow vigilantes that enlist Mortuary City as a whole but this particular path is his and an astranged man known as 'THE MORTICIAN'.

The vigilante purge within Mortuary City is the force that met the criminal seige of the Urion Brothers. The Vigilante Alliance™ failed and Vigilante C.O.R.E rose out of the rubble left behind. As Herigon Sovereign lead the charge of establishing the Vigilant Core, with the unification of vigilantes around the city being enlisted, others who resided on the side of protective vigilance side of the law remained stable. Now a rise of power has been waivering between local government officials, powerful business leaders and invisible crimelords, there is one vigilante who strikes at their very hearts. Disrupting the orderly operations of their facilities, inciting group demonstrations, and even assaulting law enforcement officials when they attempt to bring him to justice before a court; His name is BLOCKWAR. His constant accusations and deliverance of informations across the desks of law enforcement leadership has caused vast disruption and several investigations of "under-marketed deals" within local government and affiliates, as well as law enforcement itself. These acts had his crusade coined "THE BLOCK WAR" by notable news reporter Merik Dänzhœff and forced an inter-agency task force to be formed with the International Bureau of Internal Affairs (I.B.I.A), Mortuary City V.I.C.E, and other Continental Coast Police Precincts. Will this "BLOCK WAR" crusade be enough to topple the foundation of the corrupted system or activate a deeper and more fierce battle for power?
