A new girl in Vera's town gets kidnapped and the young spy takes matters in her own hands to help find her. Vera begins finding clues regarding the abduction of the new girl which are ignored, but the teen detective deems herself obligated to track down the culprit and bring the girl home - seeing this as her moment to prove herself as a praiseworthy spy and to be treated as such. If her quick wit and fearlessness aren't enough, maybe her observance and reason skill will be.
