Where I brainstorm off old and new ONC prompts utilizing various fandom, I'm familiar with to give an idea of how to use prompts during ONC, and figure out the ins and outs of brainstorming for ONC.

Nightmares and dreams she hasn't had in years return along with some weird side effects. Seraphine is convinced this man is the answer to figuring out what is happening to her.
