With an urban twist, Polynesian mythology comes to life in my newest story. Hawaii is a place rich in culture, history, and apparently danger when it comes to a particular native bloodline... With that being said, allow me to introduce you to Esme Makamaemakanaonalani Kū. Lani for short. After her first birthday Lani's parents abruptly left their homeland, swearing to uphold a mysterious ancestral oath. An oath that can only be fulfilled by the safe return of a more matured Lani and the protector of her dreams. There will be some words and names that may be hard to understand: Tutu - (Too-too) means grandmother, Makamaemakanaonalani - ( Ma-kuh-my-ma-kuh-nah-oh-nah-luh- knee) means precious gift of the heavens, Aumakua - (Ow-mah-coo-wah) Spiritual guardian/Ancestral protector, Mano - (Mah-no) means shark. Niuhi - (Knee-oo-he) man-eating. Mana- (Mah-Nah) means power. This novel is a modern romance inspired by many Hawaiian legends told from one generation to another.

Guten Morgen, humans! It is I Mari Martin. I haven't been writting a story for a while now, i apologize for that. I have been lost in the world of stories to see if I could fine one intresting. And this sotry just spoke to me when I was at a train. It's a story I heard from a girl called Juliet and about her love with Romeo. Very intresting one if you ask me! But a little bloody and maybe ends in a different way than you may like! Oh but don't worry this is only the first book of this serie called, Bloody ever after. Hopefully you will continue to read the next one. Till then! What you are going to hear is a tragic and beautiful story. I am lying on the ground when I start this story. I am dying. I have blood rushing out of my body from my stomach, its warm, and I am coughing blood. I have a hard time seeing and hearing, but something I can see and hear is a man's voice. He is crying and begging the Gods for me to survive. He is my boyfriend and fiancé. Today is our marriage, but as it looks like I wont be able to attend it. This hole in my stomach do I not know who did. I just now that It wasn't an accident and it wasn't me. Someone did this. Trying to kill me, so that me and my loved one won't meet again. I hate to say that they have succeed. It's getting more and more blurry and the noises are disappearing. I have just a little strength left. So I chose to lift my hand up and put it on his face. "I..lov....e...yo..u" I said trying to smile before everything went dark. I could still see his face in the darkness. Missing his touch already. "I hope he heard me" I though as my conscious gave in. (I don't own anything, of course, just a little story idea about two very famous characters)

1st place winner of the @_Once_Upon Disney song contest! I went with "I See the Light" from Tangled because who doesn't love that song and that movie? Stuck in the shadow of her older sister, Addy has always felt invisible to everyone. Everyone, that is, except for Parker. He's been long gone since graduation, though, and Addy has been stuck trying to cater to her bridezilla sister. Just as she thinks she might lose it, Parker's back. Addy begins to remember the way things used to be, and starts to realize that maybe she wasn't seeing things quite as clearly as she thought.

On the last day it's warm enough to fly, one girl is not in the sky. She's been taken by a handsome boy with a backstory worse than Batman's. She's not the first one to be taken but she may be the last.
