Hey guys...I haven't posted in a while, so here is a very short story (50 seconds according to Wattpad) that I wrote a few months ago. It was inspired by a prompt that only permitted 20 words in the first sentence, 19 words in the second sentence, 18 words in third, and so on. This story captures a situation that often lies in the shadows. In the story, it is not the physical injury that is hurting her the most, but the fact that she is treated as less than human that is causing her pain. Hope you enjoy! P.S. If you want me to keep writing short stories please let me know. I also welcome ideas to write stories because my imagination has been coming up short for a while (more like several years...).
