When she was eight a female Monkey D Luffy was sent to live with her uncle Monkey D Spencer (The professor from pokemon movie 3 but with Luffy's last name) Where the 3rd pokemon movie played out when she was 9. She thought after everything was done it would never come back to bite her in the butt. She should've known better than to jinx it because during the very beginning of the battle of marine ford Luffy and everyone close to gets teleported to react to her.
