After the virus, the world got controlled by one government and the continents were changed and turned into districts by the world government. The government decided to make a "new army" or "shadows", wherein they recruit children and teenagers that survived the virus after catching it. The virus and the drugs injected to them made seven specific chemical reactions (that has sub-categories as well) and are classified into numbers or when the category was discovered.
