But this year her 16th birthday included much much more than she anticipated. On this day Alana found out about how to live, not how to EXIST. And all this knowledge was created by one word: Onix.And from the Onix came an adventure. And from the birth of an adventure revealed a world clothed by deception. What is an Onix you ask? Onix is assigned on her first mission now in control of her Cybertronian body, with Lugnut, Blitzwing and Starscream to tag along on a mission to collect the required equipment and parts to.complete their Space Bridge.

After completing the space bridge, Onix and Blitzwing are sucked into an alternate dimension after an interference with the space bridge field. In this dimension, what was once good is now evil, and that which was bright is now dark. This, is the Shattered-Glass dimension.

Rescued by her Triple-Changing partner, Onix has been restored to her former glory and brought back to the safety of the Decepticon headquarters. Now her objective is to have Megatron's space bridge up and running, but in the midst of this, Onix discovers that something isn't quite right about her partner, and she has every intention to get to the bottom of it.
