Tara Fletcher is an 18 year old college student, she rooms with her best friend Cameron Ryan and is often visited by the other friends of their group, Vanessa Stewart and David Kearns. It is a regular occurance for the group to play truth or dare, they usually end up doing silly and idiotic things but nothing could prepare Tara for the dare she receives from Cameron .
