This is a short story that I wrote for a essay contest about how I would survive a zombie apocalypse. Just thought I would share it here. There is two slightly different versions of the short story with alternate endings. Self Insert x Ryker Chandler (original character)

Sneak Peak... .Dot Dot Dot. Night was a friend. Yes a true friend indeed. It kept them hidden from the police and searchers of the project zeroes. Kale and Ilisa snuck around the officers and made a run for their hideout. Kale shut and locked the front door to their secret place. "Safe" kale smiled. Ilisa nodded and started to her room. Kale was worried that their safehouse wouldn't be so 'safe' for long. The cops and guards of the zeroes where getting closer every passing month. He would protect his sister no matter what, their was no way he was going to let those zero ducked take his sister to that. . . That freak hospital that basically kill children that are different. Well not kill, more like test and cut open and hook up to machines. Growling worn frustration kale stated twords his room next to his sisters, Ilisa.
