"I wasn't sure I was going to make it, really. I was cold, too cold. I could see black, and then I saw light, and then black again, and I wasn't sure if that was normal when buried under the snow, or if I was going crazy. I was leaning toward the latter. "It just hurt. It felt like my lungs were collapsing, and I could barely breath, and when I did breath, it felt like I was sucking in ice instead of air. The air was frozen, and hit my throat like shards of glass, chilling my saliva even as my body fought to retain its natural temperature. It was losing the battle. I was slowly being frozen alive."

My mind flickered to Harper, then Octavia, and finally Bellamy. I shook the thoughts away mentally and physically. I nodded, signaling a yes. "Very well, we'll start here in the Trikru camp. You may leave." I threw a curt nod her way and walked out of the tent. A sense of pride flooded my body as I kept my chin and back at perfect posture. I was lead back to my tent, for the air was getting cold and the sky was getting a milky dark color. I nodded a thank you to the guard who had been watching me and awkwardly got into the bed of the semi-large tent. I closed my eyes, not knowing what was going to happen next. *WARNING* Book contains mentions of gore and blades. Read at your own caution.

Just for a few brief moments. Until she falls in love with him. This story is based off of my other book called my ride or die. Which is a wolverine fan fic. (Clearly you know who i fall for myself.)
