That is until she is captured by Knockout and rescued by Bumblebee and Aaliyah.

After being left once again by Erik, Charles slips back into a state of depression and has trouble functioning. Having discovered a chink in Charles' mind, Onslaught finds a way to help Charles get through it by being brought out of the telepaths mind and formed in the real world. Onslaught is not just Charles' subconscious, he is the man's darkest parts brought to life.
