Izuku Midoriya possessed a mediocre quirk. It could only ever be used once to summon something. That item then became bound to Izuku, and could be summoned whenever he called upon it. Most four year olds, upon learning of their quirk, would think of big, unwieldly swords or cannons from Anime and cartoons, like Tom and Jerry. In this timeline, Izuku Midoriya was born with the Gum Gum quirk, which allows him to stretch and blow up his body at will. In the beginning, he thinks it's useless until he reads a manga called Two Piece. When he read it, he realised that the main character had a similar power to him and then drew inspiration from it. Unfortunately, the mangaka had to put the book on hold due to it not selling but little did he know, he gave the future number one hero inspiration.
