Openbeggining Stories

Where was my father, he had not yet come home. I wait and wait by the road, but not a sound comes to my ears. The sea is bright and leads me home, but before I go to far there he is. Washed up upon the shore with a piece of wood sticking out his chest. P.S Very short open begging.
