This is a story of a medical intern who married one of the doctors in a hospital secretly due to family matters of shotgun marriage whom this doctor is her crush way back then.

Chin, a second-year surgical resident, has to face the chaos of dealing with the demands of instructors, colleagues, and patients. Additionally, he must work long hours, leaving barely any time for himself. Despite the demanding schedule, his heart longs for companionship and the pursuit of certain individuals to be by his side. Encountering the harsh realities, the humor, and the work in the operating room, as interviewed by real-life surgeons.

These are the adventures Dr. Anthony B. Wilde, a peripatetic anesthesiologist, exploring strange countries, seeking out new cultures and new friends - boldly passing gas and wry wit on his way. After a strange call in the middle of the night, Tony leaves his tranquil, verdant, idyllic gentleman's farm on the Otago Peninsula, on the south island of New Zealand - saying bye to seals, penguins, and albatrosses he calls friends - to head for the premier medical hospital and research center in Saudi Arabia. People from a hundred different countries live on the hospital's compound - a hub for adventurers, life savers, people looking for something and hiding something. A stranger with two buckets, in an arid land of sand, gold, free spirits and veils that hide more than a pretty face.

The hospital is supposed to be a place of healing, but sometimes it feels like a trap. Narrow corridors, endless alarms, the smell of antiseptic and fear; everything presses in at once. For a group of medical students, the surgical ward is their first real test. It's a world of scrubs and scalpels, where life hangs by a thread and every decision matters. They're learning fast that adrenaline doesn't just come from cutting open bodies, it comes from the stakes, the pressure, and the silent panic you can't let anyone see.
