His quirk generates massive amounts of radioactive energy, and he has to where a special gas mask that dampens his quirk and filters the air he breaths out, as his quirk changed his biology so much that even without his quirk he still generates toxic amounts of radiation in his internal organs, and therefore the air he breathes out. Fortunately, Izuku is highly resistant to radiation even without his quirk, so he can handle it. But Izuku needs change, for his own sanity. Collage AU

I OWN NOTHING IN THIS STORY BUT THE CHANGES I HAVE DONE TO THE PLOT. Side notes: Izuku finishes cleaning the beach a month before the entrance exam so has time to learn how to use OFA and with the help of Gran Torino he starts off being able to use 10% full cowling and keep in mind,his body is naturally adapting to use OFA's full power so his percentage will increase as the series goes on and I'll have Izuku unlock the previous user's quirks gradually
