Izuku Celestial. He was always a strange boy, even by normal child standards. Being raised by two top-ranking pro heroes, most would believe that he would be arrogant, but he was a rather humble individual like his father. His Quirk, or rather his two Quirks that he received from both his mother and father, allowed him to manipulate both light and dark, Sun and Moon, Abundance and Destruction. Well, everyone except for Katsuki Bakugo- but that was to be expected from someone who had an ego the size of Mt. Everest. How will Izuku's hero career go with the powers of the "Sun of Abundance" and the "Moon of Destruction" in the palms of his hand? Izuku had a decent enough quirk. It made him tough, and he only got tougher the more he used it. Throw One For All in there? And you get a monster.

Izuku Midoriya, the ninth holder of one for all, is fighting for his life. Years of training and being a pro hero have given him a boost in technique, brining him from zero to hero. However, what would happen if he got a second chance? While fighting a High end Nomu created by Kyudai Garaki, Izuku uses OFA at 1M%, crushing the metaphorical control orb in the Nomu, and releasing all the stored time energy from it's synthetic quirk. In doing so, the massive amount of energy rips a hole in the space-time continuum, and sends Izuku's conscience, along with his fully mastered OFA, back into his 14 year old body. The two versions of OFA merge, fusing to create a more powerful manifestation then before. Can Izuku change his past and future? Or will all he does be for naught?

Izuku has a quirk similar to his mom yet different, his quirk allows him to steal things, if someone is holding a fork for instance izuku can use telekinesis to "steal" it, he can also take someones power and use it as his own. And when you add some immortality to the mix, he becomes fairly OP
