This book contains my one-shot stories, each riddled with unexpected twists that I crafted either for a contest or simply out of boredom. Some come with synopses, while others---you'll have to guess what they're about. Most fall into the horror and thriller genres, with a few exploring dystopian and fantasy themes. A story about what Palestinians are going through

This is a story about the lives of people in a futuristic commune. Its shows the many hardships and difficulties they go though in this "Utopia".

There were a set of unspoken rules that every citizen of Leslie had to follow in order to survive. 1. Blend in. 2. Don't talk unless ordered to. 3. Don't question anything. 4. Always obey. 5. Do your job and nothing else. 6. Follow the written rules of the Committee. Alessia Jacoby had always followed these rules, having seen too many deaths in her life. But what happens when a mysterious stranger comes along and changes everything that Alessia knew of her world and the rules? "You blend in. Nobody suspects you. That's what makes you such a formidable opponent. You are our Oleander, our hidden poison. And poison you are...."

Our World is shattered. It's tethered to pieces. It all sums up to him. He has a fire inside him that can never be put out. After destroying my entire world, he questions my abilities. It is difficult not to get intimidated by a man like him. I fear that he might kill me one day if he found out my truth. At the same time, I want him to be with me. I want him to love me and accept me the way I am.
