After Clara Dolby witnesses her parents brutal death right in front of her; her life is completely destroyed, and the members of the BAU know this. Dr. Spencer Reid, the youngest, smartest agent of the team takes it upon himself to adopt this teenage girl and make sure she gets the life she deserves. After Martin Jenot is put into jail, Clara starts therapy and online schooling, and everything is going wonderful. Years pass, and the relationship between Spencer Reid and Clara Dolby builds; along with the other members of the BAU. But as time passes and their relationship gets stronger, without either noticing how strong, Clara meets a boy named Robert who promised to help tutor her in her math... and no one; not even the members of the elite Behavior Analysis Unit can predict what happens to this girl next.

A sample story I wrote to experiment with descriptive writing. This short story is about a squad tasked with retrieving a person of interest. Unfortunately it seems they weren't the only ones with that task. May or may not continue this.
