izuku yagi and shoto todoroki are both born quirkless but watch as they get neglected by there family but a god ends up giving them a quirk of there desire

What if Shoto, Izuku and Katsuki knew each other from when they knew their quirks. What if Shoto and Izuku had to move away to different places, splitting the three from each other. (I do not own BNHA, if i did tododeku would be in it.)

During the second generation of quirks, a group of heroes combined their powers to defeat the number one villain All For One. Their success also came with a prophecy, that the strongest quirk will be bestowed upon the strongest of their family members, however it got just one thing wrong. The quirk wasn't made to make the strongest stronger, it was made to help those with the will to do good, do good.
