Some are like us, some are hostile, some are different, how would you navigate through the space of life? In the 23rd century, humanity might no longer be alone in the the cosmos, but knowledge comes at a cost. The boss, Mr. Jameson, is very secure about his office. Lindy always will ask this question no matter what. "What is in the boss's office? Not complete yet!

Happiness is Never Small follows a thought-provoking conversation among passengers on a city bus during rush hour. A stout man, a young man, and an elderly gentleman share their diverse views on happiness, contrasting material indulgence with simple, everyday joys. Poetry is the easiest way to convey your feelings with the minimal use of words that have the greatest of impact.. Herein are just a few written by me without using too much of poetic effect or words and solely trying to convey the view and ideology I possess in the simplest of manners..

"My life is like a movie being watched on someone else's computer... and they're wearing the headphones. Everything is silent. It's been silent for my entire life. I have never heard anything since I was born. I was thrown into my life against my will, a girl with no family and no hearing. I feel like I live in a horror movie. My name is Maria Valasquez, and it drives me crazy that I can't make a difference. I long to make a difference, to myself, to deaf people, to the world. There are millions of things that happen to me and the world, and it's like a horror movie (a silent horror movie)-- I see everything happening around me, but I can't do anything about it. I just watch it happen, as much as I would like to scream and stop the movie so I don't have to watch something so awful, but it's life, not a movie. I just have to cope with it..." Maria Valasquez has had a hard life. Born deaf and losing her family at the age of seven, she is taken in six years later by a kind family with financial difficulties. Her best friend, Tanisha, introduces her to a new activity that allows her to make connections without verbal speech. But an accident leaves her unable to use sign language and participate in the sport she loves. Every obstacle Maria faces seems to isolate her more and more from the rest of her silent world. Then Maria comes across an impossible choice that could change her life, and make her what she's always wanted to be: normal. Written in 2015-2016 (age 11-12)

Welcome to my shitty poetry collection. It's a bunch of random themes so I call it my fridge with a variety of magnets.

Hey! In the recent past I have been infected by this bug which keeps giving me an urge to write. I had started writing at least 3-4 stories which stopped midway still awaiting their completion. I keep making some mental drafts which are yet to be penned down too. Finally, today I got this inspiration for writing a short story. I feel this needs to be a part of a series with the theme being a snapshot into some very ordinary lives. This is one of my favorite themes! I truly feel there is glory in ordinary lives. True love. Happiness , Contentment, Humanness are all more prevalent in these so-called ordinary lives. The lives of the kind of people who live next door or who you meet in public transport or at a traffic signal. I wrote the first such story today. Obviously, this has not been professionally edited and spruced up, Hence may be filled with flaws. I am hoping to create a few more such stories capturing many facets of normal and ordinary human lives, Then I hope to string them together like an anthology. Keeping my fingers crossed! Pardon the flaws in this amateur attempt.

To be blunt, I was unhappy, and I wanted to write something that wasn't insane and weird for once. So this came out, and it's a cheesy mess, but wow I feel so much better :), better than I've felt in a while.
