The female lead in stories always seems to be perfect. Perfect looks, perfect personality, perfect intellect. Who sees the best in people and is the defender of the weak, the underdog. This female lead is no size 4, she's snarky, snaps a lot, judges people too quickly and has to study her ass off to get good grades. She wishes for love and excitement and finds both, but thrust into a world with soulmates, hidden agendas, as well as enemies at every turn, she must choose her allies carefully for there is a monster in their midst.
