Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan is happy to know that the Empire is gone and that the galaxy has been freed she is taking an active role in establishing the New Republic but still must content with the downsides of royal life. The two meet and form a friendship which leads to an unlikely romance that they decide to keep a secret.
