Now days, most people dream of writing a book at some point in their life; they just don't know where to start! It's not nearly as difficult as many may think if you go about it in the right way. ~~||~~ This, again, was a school project. This is how I've gone about writing every book I've ever written. I haven't published any of them, but excluding the publishing factor, this has been a great process for writing novels and gotten me far.

To keep myself from losing track of: all the 2025 contests I've entered, all the 2025 contests I've volunteered myself as a judge (or let myself be volun-told into judging), all the 2025 books I've had to read as a contestant or as a judge, all the 2025 deadlines, and all the other important stuff, here is a book that registers all these 2025 things in a somewhat organized fashion. With occasional commentary. Nota bene: Although other people are welcome to browse my public contest logs and look for contests, look for information about details of contests (i.e. you want me to pour you some tea), etc, these contest logs are primarily for my own use. I enter so many contests that I can't keep track of them without a log. I forget important details, too, including things like "Note to self: You do not get along with this contest host, best not participate in their contests." Like my 2024 contest log, this was never meant to be an "expose" book. I'm not exposing anybody. Contests are matters of public record, as are any comments made in the contest books. I'm just a ditz who needs a written log to keep track of everything. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders. I DO NOT CONSENT TO MY POETRY AND PROSE BEING USED TO TRAIN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

2012 is the 100-year anniversary of the murder of small-time gambler Herman Rosenthal - the most celebrated murder of its time. Make no mistake, there are no good guys here; no innocent victims. The fact is Bald Jack Rose, a well-known New York City criminal, framed crooked New York City police lieutenant - Charles Becker - for the killing of stool pigeon Herman Rosenthal. People in the underworld cheered the death of Rosenthal; he was disliked that much. But that doesn't negate the fact that the wrong man sat in Sing Sing's electric chair for ordering Rosenthal's murder, while the man who framed Becker - and orchestrated the murder of Rosenthal himself - walked away a free man. "The Wrong Man" explains how this all happened, and who benefited from Becker's conviction and execution. You'd be shocked, surprised, and sickened at how easily an innocent man, albeit a crooked cop, could be framed. If it could happen to Lieut. Charles Becker, it could happen to any one of us. A sobering thought, indeed.
