this is a story about a teenager named Hadwin who lives a normal life in a futuristic world were there are many different aliens that live in harmony for now anyways the galactic Council consist of 12 members a representative from each of the main 12 intelligent species in the universe even though they are all independent from each other their is a king that they all listen to after he dies he fails to pick a predecessor so the council has to pick one and they come up with a very creative way to do this competition they make will change Hadwin's and others life completely sideways
