Fawn was just a girl who grew up in the South and didn't have a good childhood. The traumas, abuse, losses, abandonment, and sacrifices she had made for everyone in her life didn't fit their expectations, and Fawn wasn't sure if she was doing a good thing or a bad thing. The people in Fawn's life haven't been the greatest, especially her pastor, who put her through a lot, and her parents, who disregarded her emotions. Nobody ever understood why Fawn was so sentimental and wanted a peaceful life. So, when Fawn dies in a horrific accident, all she can think about is finally dying but waiting for the suffering she's about to discover. However, maybe Hell wasn't all that bad when she got there.
