But as time passed, small problems began to appear between them. Instead of facing them, they chose to ignore them. Until Icha came. At first, Icha was just a new friend Miel welcomed into her life. She was kind, friendly, and easy to trust. But after meeting Nica, something changed. Jealousy slowly turned into misunderstandings, misunderstandings into arguments, and eventually, the relationship Miel had fought so hard to keep fell apart. One missed date. One unanswered question. One apology that came too late. And just like that, Miel and Nica became strangers. With graduation only days away, Miel decides to leave everything behind and move to the City with her sister Riesha and her friends, Nicole and Sammie. There, they meet Riyah, Thea, Mae, and Dayenna-and a life Miel never expected begins to unfold. New city. New friends. New memories. But leaving the past behind isn't as easy as Miel thought. Because sometimes, the person who breaks your heart isn't the one who teaches you how to love again. Maybe the City wasn't where Miel lost everything. Maybe it was where she finally found herself.
