The story revolves around Angela, who pleads with Jaiden not to leave her for Catherine, her friend. Amidst the emotional turmoil, Angela discovers she is pregnant, and Jaiden decides to abandon her and their child. Angela breaks down in tears and anger towards both of them, especially Catherine, whom she considered a friend. In the midst of the tension, Jaiden declares that he doesn't want to be a father and tells Angela to abort the child. As they argue, Angela panics and calls her brother, Kuya Adrian, for help, as she is bleeding and needs urgent medical attention. The story is filled with pain, betrayal, and emotion as Angela fights for her child and herself.
