A time of peace between the three clans (Blossomclan, Beachclan, and Onyxclan) has existed for years since the beginning of Hollystar's leadership in Beachclan. Under this leadership, Sunokit has grown to believe that life within the clans is perfect- until it isn't. When relationships go south, tensions between the clans start to rise, and everything that seemed so simple before apprenticeship has become extremely difficult. Sunopaw is left to try to survive in a clan that seems to be dealing with a growing crisis... one from the outside and one from within.

The first version of a favorite story of mine from long ago! I've revamped it once and I plan to do it again and again as I improve writing >:D

[BOOK ONE OF "THE STARGROUNDS"] From the skies above, a voice made of voices called upon The Seer. Against the simple wish of a forgiven, forgotten time of peace, Ebonypaw is cursed by the forbidden secrets of history. The Gods have promised that until the truth is remembered and Stormclan has repented for unfinished justice, they will not stop the onslaught of evil seeping into the Clans. But most of Starclan does not approve of Godclan's sudden cruelty, no matter how loyal they once were to their Masters. The once faithful Sunclan grows aware and isolate from their faith, but even they are not safe. Contempt Coppersplash struggles against the harsh changes in his Clan as Starclan gives a final, horrifying task to the jaded warrior that might put a stop to things, one he outright refuses to do until the shift of time gives him no choice. The Clans must learn that there is no such thing as Black and White. To better themselves, everyone must sacrifice, change and mistrust as their old guides become the dividers of friends and family. For now, they must survive change.
