Far off from the human world's, is the world of Spectrum. This planet is home to a species of human known as The Colored Eye. These people have rare ocular abilities that correspond towards their own color. Red being hatred and powers over fire, Blue being hope and powers over water, then so on and so forth. Although, one of these individuals among the Blue Eyes is apart a chain of events that will forgo the future of The Colored Eye and of the World of Spectrum. That individual, will learn of secrets and lies regarding on the species's history and face off against an unknown enemy. This is the story of The Admiral of The Sea, Riptide Oceanum.
