It all unfolds in Genoitherra, a region that tests your character and pushes you to your limit, a region where strength is merely a pre-requisite.

What's more important: loving a Pokémon or its practicality in battle? Scout believes Pokémon should be treated as companions. Yang believes strength is everything, training his Pokémon to be the strongest to always secure victory. As the two philosophies clash, the two trainers journey through the Aestra region in hopes to become champions, but their adventure may change the way they see Pokémon forever.

Pokemon Aurelia: Black Rose Samuel Rose has spent his whole life being looked at. As the son of Victoria Rose, former Champion of the Aurelia Region and legendary Fire-type specialist, everyone expects him to become something remarkable. His classmates call him Black Rose because of his black-and-red hair, half as a joke and half because Samuel refuses to let anyone see how badly he wants the name to mean something. At ten years old, Samuel finally begins his Pokémon journey, convinced destiny is waiting for him inside Professor Alderidge's lab. Destiny, unfortunately, has an attitude. After being rejected by the Riolu he thought was meant for him, Samuel impulsively chooses a proud, sharp-eyed Snivy that seems just as unimpressed with him as the rest of the world. Their partnership begins with bruised pride, stubborn arguments, and a silent promise neither of them fully understands yet. But beyond Wyndfall Town, the Aurelia Region is not as perfect as it looks. Old Champion legacies cast long shadows. The League has secrets buried beneath its polished reputation. And deep in the forest, an Absol with crimson eyes watches Samuel like it already knows the disasters waiting for him. Samuel wants to become a legend. First, he has to survive becoming himself.

They didn't approve of the ways of Alola, and they had went back to the original format of gyms. Everything seemed great. Until it wasn't. The Elite Four and Champion suddenly disappeared, gone without a trace. Panic spread throughout the region. Was anybody safe? Then, as if some force was behind it all, Team Lichan appeared. They came from nowhere, but now they were everywhere. They controlled the region now. The Elite Four and Champion were quickly replaced, and everything seemed fine once again. That was, until the revolt started. "And it's all your fault."
