"Vehemence" is an original work I've been developing for three years, and only recently have I started writing it in full. The story spans three seasons, each set in a different era of power, with different characters, settings, and tones-but all connected by a continuous narrative and shared events. The story begins in 1987, during the start of Japan's bubble economy. Set in Hokkaido, it follows Higashi Akutsu, a young man who has just graduated from university. His life seems to be falling into place as he prepares, along with his family, to welcome back his long-absent father. But just one day after his return, Higashi's father is suddenly called away for an urgent matter-and that would be the last time Higashi ever sees him. Confused, grieving, and searching for answers, Higashi and his family are summoned by a lawyer to hear the contents of his father's will. While the rest of the family receives traditional inheritances, Higashi is given something unusual, His fathers katana and a job. To take his fathers place as the pillars of a defense group called the ''The Supperior Blades". Will he honor his family name or focus on what he wants to do? A cool breeze swept up dark hair, making it dance along rope. Its owner, clothed in nothing but rough scraps of burlap, the tobacco company's marking faded along the seam. His eyes slowly flickering open and closed as he tried to regain focus. His body felt heavy. Flexing his sore muscles and coming to a curious discovery, he seemed to be...flying? No, no that does't seem right. He blinked frequently to try to clear his vision. As he began to shake his head in an attempt to shake off the fuzziness, in both mind and vision, he felt the rope ring around his neck and remembered finally with startling clarity.... Let me tell you a story ... The story of a character whose fate has not yet been written. Their fate may change due to their actions, but also your comments and suggestions ... if I am telling this story with you anyway, why should you not have the right to vote? I hope we will spend the time given to us quite nicely. I have nothing to say ... I had a few years' break from writing and this story is to help me slowly get back to it. When two realms collide, it is a tell tale sign of war between the collider and collided. Most common tales are ones of conflict with "resolutions" that really have solved nothing. That was until a very peculiar collision occurred. Dystopia and Utopia, the most opposite realms of them all, collided once again.

It's my original world and it's pretty messed up. Murder is legal (except on school grounds) and no one cares if you are hurt. Except one person. Also everyone is part something and can appear human. But it's been believed that all true blood humans are dead millions and millions of years ago. 40% of the population has a power or aka special skill. I will update slowly probably and feel free to give feedback. This is my first story I'm writing.
