Plot: After the events of "Agent X: Evilmageddon" and "The Kudo-Verse Adventures & Bunnicula: Apparition Anarchy" and before the events of "Agent X: The Evil Storyteller's Vengeance" & "Agent X: Two Villainous Redemptions", ever since the Toon Force X hero team has saved the world from Evilmageddon (in the season 3 movie finale event of Agent X), the mayor of Atlantic City has decided to plan to throw a National Heroes' Day festival at Atlantic City, NJ in their honor as that it is to celebrate not just the superheroes, but also the good deeds of the people everywhere on who did well on Earth. But then, suddenly, Pork (A.K.A. Timothy "Tim" Boucher) and the Lords of Violent Extremists along with Dr. McClain and Dr. Sanchez get jealous as they prepare to decide to get vengeance on them and to go try to ruin the festival. Due to it, it is now up to Agent X and the Toon Force X hero team to go stop them with the help from some new hero teams (The Invincibles and the Power League).
