All Steven and Wallace wanted was to stay together. They both knew, however, that destiny would pull them apart. It was hard to put so much love into one person when they weren't always going to be there, but for Wallace and Steven, it felt like it might just be worth it.

Ash died. Between a battle against Mewtwo and Mew, he intercepted to sacrifice his own life only to see the afterlife wasn't interested in keeping him for long.
