The owls kept a few of the other hedgehogs safe and evacuated most of them off of the island off of Robotnik's radar. But Longclaw, one of the owls, raised one hedgehog in particular.. That hedgehog is Jules and Aleena's child Sonic. For 15 years, Sonic was the only hedgehog on Christmas Island. When he was old enough, he roamed around Christmas Island, exploring, finding small, but exciting adventures with the only friends he has: just a bunch of animals (one of each animal from the first two classic sonic games). But when Robotnik returned to that area, Sonic defended and took out his first few Badniks, realizing that Robotnik was capturing the animals and using them as batteries so he could find the mythical Chaos Emeralds!
