(Y/N) (L/N) works as a nurse at the Overwatch HQ. Her daily agenda is basically full of helping the rest of the nurses heal Overwatch members from accidents that happen frequently. One day, she has to substitute a nurse that is part of Blackwatch, and once she arrives, she is taken more as a coffee girl than as a doctor's helper... That is, until they order through the intercom for all the nurses to report to the Blackwatch medical clinic.

During a war to decide her people's fate, Enitan is called upon to carry the destiny of her people, on her shoulders. Will her shoulders be strong enough to carry her people to victory or will her heart be able to bear the weight if she fails?
