Luz Noceda is a seventeen year old orphan witch girl living in Bones Burrough. She is the weakest witch in the school, and is constantly made fun of for it especially by being called Luzer. One faithful night she ventures to the night market to find something to make her stronger, more powerful... She comes across a tall, thin man wearing a coat with a scar across his face, black slicked hair, and a black and red glass eye. His name was Silco, and he offered Luz a potion to give her great power, with a price... it was called shimmer... Luz quickly accepts and takes the shimmer and grows more and more powerful, becoming the most powerful witch in school! But when it wares off she quickly returns again and again for more, quickly becoming an addict. For years the children of U.A. Orphanage have known that they're magical. They kept their magic secret from the normal people who come to the orphanage. Matrix was never even considered for adoption because of his personality. Denki never wanted to be adopted because he would have to be away from Matrix. Siren is scared of being adopted because he's scared of accidentally misusing his magic. Deku is too busy to want to be considered for adoption. Nico is too shy to want to be adopted. Kirishima isn't considered much. James is considered but is easily forgotten. Shoto doesn't care for parents and shows it. Mingyo is a little too nerdy for anyone. Katsuki is too violent for adoption. Every child at U.A. Orphanage has a reason they aren't adopted so that their magic isn't revealed. Let's see what happens when Matrix is fed up with hiding his magic.

Eddie Kapbrak and Stan Uris have been orphans for most of their life, kept in the, what people call, the worst orphanage closest to Derry. M&W Orphanage are owned by the Tozier family, M&W being Maggie and Wentworth, the worst owners ever really known, along with their son, Richie. The Tozier's live a 'lavish' life. The amount parents will pay to be rid of their children is frightening. Most income is from their son. The Tozier parenting skills are awful, that fits in to making their son seclude himself from society. He's a straight A student. He's got skill. But he never gets to use or show it. Once Richie meets Eddie and Stan, their lives change. Happiness is first felt. Love is shared. But, sadness will overtake all.... Or will it in this story?

Basically, Virgil is adopted by Logan and Patton. Virgil is an 8 year old and was being bullied for being gay. That's all you need to know, as the story progresses I'll update the description.
