As I'm running from the hunters, my sensitive ears sadly hear the sound of their feet hitting the ground become much faster and harder. I see a cliff up ahead, and smirk knowing that was my getaway. When I reach the cliff, I stand at the very edge and turn around. The hunters make a semi-circle around the treeline, thinking that they've trapped me in. They slowly start to close in, thinking I've got no where to run to now. My smirk widens, and I give them the two finger salute before falling backwards to the angry ocean water that was slamming against the sharp rocks. At the last second, I snap my my delicate wings open and go flying back up to the sky. I sigh as I feel sharp pain go through my wings and back from snapping them open so quickly. Oh, how rude of me. I didn't introduce myself. My name is Genevieve Esme White. I'm the youngest of the White family. I have 5 older brothers. Nathan and Colton are the oldest and twins at 18. Damon is 17, Titus is 16, and Emmet is 15, leaving me at 14. Our parents left us when we were still small. I was 4 at the time, so I don't have many memories of them. They left us at an orphanage. After that, we went from home to home. We had around 1-2 foster parents every 2 months, and got adopted every 3-4 months. Every time their all the same, all they do is beat us. You know, it's your typical sob story for orphan's, except the part where were part fae.
