A criminal organisation, called Team Snagem, has partnered up with Team Cipher, who have come up with a Shadow Pokémon plan. Together they steal and corrupt Pokémon to use them for their sinister plans. Wes (17), a former member of Team Snagem, decides to follow his own path. On his way he meets Rui, someone with a special ability. Together they join forces to stop the evil organisations by thwarting their plans. What is Rui's ability and how can it help them? What are these corrupted Pokémon? Can everyone you meet really be trusted? Returning to the Orre Region, 5 years after the events in Pokémon Colosseum, Cipher's back. Back to once again to plan on ruling the world. This time they grew in numbers, got a new leader, new admins and a different tactic. Together with his mother, younger sister and his Eevee, Michael (14) lives a normal life at the Pokémon HQ lab. Playing around with the lab's staff and honing his battle skills. That is, until the professor gets abducted by a group of mysterious people. Getting introduced to Shadow Pokémon, Michael embarks on a journey to save the professor. Furthermore, it has now become Michael's job to put an end to Chiper's evil plans. When Scooby, Shaggy, and the rest of the Mystery Inc. gang take Ash and Serena and some of their classmates from the Alola Region Pokémon School on a trip to the Orre region, things get weird when after The Mystery Machine crashes, they hear tales about aliens and even encounter them! What is life like in post-Team Plasma Unova? A young family from Orre is about to find out. Amber is the only Gym Challenger who came close to defeating the new Orre League Champion, her cousin Zane. She's also the daughter of World Champion Leon. Her husband is an Orrean football player who clawed his way out of poverty in Pyrite Town. They board the plane to Castelia City with their four year-old son Camden and a mixture of excitement and nerves. Will Trip succeed as the Unova Emboar quarterback? Can Amber collect all eight Badges with a four year-old in tow? The biggest concern of all, however, is... are they really living in a post-Team Plasma Unova? If the old man stalking one of Unova's heroes, N, is anything to go by, they may not be. ★★★ CW: There are deaths in this story. The battles get quite violent. There's also a lot of swearing.
