First I would like to point out these are not my words, but are all from the popular video game Destiny. Made by Bungie. It's one of my favorite games and these books tell of the origin of my favorite enemy race in the game. The Books of Sorrow is a collection of verses compiled by Oryx, the Taken King, and including verses from the Worm Gods and Oryx's sisters, as well as from other civilizations.The Books of Sorrow also detail the history and philosophy of the Hive and their relationship with the Worm Gods and the Deep. I am just a fan try to intrigue other people about video games and the lore behind them. Thank you and enjoy.

This story describes the daily struggle of the taken king, who has to put up with various amounts of shit on a daily basis, whether it be from his kids, his friends,his dog, or even the guardians.

Completely different universes, but love rises above all else.
